Sold

Sales:
Here we draw on our sales organization, initiating contact with several companies that have asked us to monitor potentially interesting acquisitions. We can also:

  • Contact other companies we consider to be potential buyers
  • Advertise in the appropriate media, including the internet

Post-sale:

  • Supporting buyers in management and board management
  • Management and staff replacement
